2025 Conference Registration

Full registration fee includes: Attendee Gift, Monday Awards Banquet, Breakfast & Lunch for Tuesday, Wednesday and Breakfast only on Thursday. You MUST make your own room reservations online with Group code: CPAM25 Rooms are $109.00 per night plus taxes and resort fee. (Double Occupancy) To receive this discounted group rate, reservations must be made by: September 22, 2025.  Certificates of completion will be provided to participants that attend all sessions. You must be in attendance at the close of the last session to receive a certificate of completion.


There are two options to register for the conference. You can either 1) Fill out the form below (online registration) and then mail your payment to CPAM, or 2) Download the PDF registration form and fill it out and mail it to CPAM with your payment.

Certificate of Course Completion and Attendance

Certificates of completion will be provided to participants that attend all sessions. You must be in attendance at the close of the last session to receive a certificate.


Food

All food for the conference will be prepared by the Park Place Hotel. If you have any allergies or questions, please contact one of the CPAM Board Members.


Breakfast will be served:

  • Tuesday 7:30am - 8:25am
  • Wednesday 7:30 am - 8:30 am
  • Thursday 8:00am - 9:00am

Lunch will be served:

  • Tuesday 12:00pm - 1:00pm
  • Wednesday 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Conference Dress

Conference dress is business casual. The Awards Banquet is business formal – jacket (optional) shirt and tie or nice polo for men and dress slacks, nice pants suit or dress for women. Please also consider that the classrooms sometimes may be cold, you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket. 

The Fitness Center – Indoor Pool area

Attendees are welcome to use the fitness center and indoor pool.
